Founder at Growthmentor.io
The path of success for most products starts with a pain point. And it's usually the pain point of the founder which sparks the idea, which develops into a plan, and hopefully turns into a successful product that's loved by millions. But wake up call. This is usually the exception. The #1 reason businesses fail isn't because they run out of money, it's because there's no product market fit.
Boil everything in marketing down and it's ALL content. Every Adword ad you write, every LinkedIn post you craft, every email you send - it's content. So to say I've been doing "content" marketing for 10 years is a bit of a farce. I've been doing content since I fell in love with writing when I was in elementary school. Want to chat about your content strategy? I'm all ears.
I get it. You're stressed out and need someone to talk to. That's actually the #1 reason why I created Growthmentor.io in the first place. I had way too much going on, and nobody really to share it with that could 100% understand what I was going through. If you're bothered by anything growth related, feel free to reach out.
Success at SEO is a function of a solid content marketing strategy and a personalized framework to acquire high-value links. There's no right/wrong answers when it comes to the "how." It's all situational and should be built around your business. Before booking a call with me, send me your URL. I'll take a look at your site and run it through Ahrefs to see if I can help you score some quick wins!
I absolutely love doing live tear downs via screenshare. I'm a big fan of of the MECLABS heuristic C = 4m + 3v + 2(i-f) - 2a © and religiously use it to audit every landing page I create. I'd be happy to help talk through the basics of CRO with you as well. Send me your website's URL so I can review it before our call!
When I building complex marketing automation workflows, I wished I had an expert I could do a screenshare with for added assurrance I was doing it right. Fast forward 4 years, and I want to be that person to others. Show me what you're working on, I'd be happy to help! I'm a Zapier power user.
Quora ads are relatively new, which means there's not that much literature about it on the blogosphere. So if you're looking for help setting up your Quora campaigns from someone who's been there / done that - I'd be happy to help. I view Quora a bit like Bitcoin, it might work great, but don't put all your money on it.
I'm a big fan of the of Alpha / Beta Adwords strategy. Also pretty proficient at keyword research, copywriting for high conversions, and quality score optimization.
Ahrefs is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. It's my tool of choice for keyword research and competitor analysis. Not a huge fan of their keyword tracking UI, but nobody is perfect. But as I said, it's super expensive, so if you use it - make sure you're using it right so you can get the maximum ROI out of it. I'd be happy to talk to you about how I've used it and am curious to see how you use it as well.
I can't really think of the right string of words to properly express my gratitude to team Zapier for creating their software. It has helped save me and my team countless hours, it has helped create order out of seemingly unfixable chaos, and is my favorite marketing tool by far. Zapier makes me feel like a superhero.
Custom audiences, pixels, campaign organization and strategy, I've got first-hand experience with it all. But I'm by no means a Facebook ads master, so if you are looking for a Facebook guru to go over your account - don't choose me!
Look at the bottom right of this screen. See that blue circle? That's Intercom. It's what I use on Growthmentor, it's what I use at EuroVPS, and it's because I love piping my internal user database information to the people that need it most. But if you're not going to use the API functionality, then it might be overkill for you. Would be happy to talk Intercom best practices over a virtual coffee.
This was the sales CRM I used before Close.io. What I loved about PipeDrive was the Kanban style pipeline and their killer reporting and stats. I'm pretty good at setting this up for agency or consulting businesses, but for higher volume setups, I'd recommend using another tool (close.io) but that's just my silly opinion.
Drip allows you to treat each email subscriber individually. Before I started using Drip, I was a MailChimp'er. But when I saw firsthand the power that tags, custom fields, event triggers, and dynamic workflows gave me as an email marketer, I never looked back again. I'm able to offer feedback on pretty much anything Drip related. Show me your workflows and I'll show you mine!
This is by far my favorite sales CRM. But mostly because it stays out of your way. It doesn't have feature bloat, and lends itself very well towards custom process building by integrating it with other tools, either via API, or Zapier (well, that's also API, but you get the point :).
Meet Edgar is a social media scheduling tool that I used for a year at EuroVPS. The cool thing about this app is that you can save a boatload of time on social media by recycling some of your old tweets. You fill up a library, and then it keeps recycling your old posts through it. It's basically a lazy man's Bufferapp. If you need help getting started on it, I'd be happy to give you a walkthrough!
Growthmentor.io spawned out of a desire to scratch my own itch. I wanted a better way to connect and talk with smart people, without having to resort to long-winded and awkward outreaches. My goal is to use this platform to book sessions with people that are much smarter than me to upskill myself so I can further grow Growthmentor. That's my plan! So far so good, but we're still in beta. Let's see how it goes!
At EuroVPS I am responsible for creating and managing the execution of customer acquisition, engagement and retention strategies. Being tasked with driving growth for a company which is smack dab in the middle of one of the most hyper-competitive markets on the internet (VPS Hosting) was what gave me my hairs on my chest. It's been real.
It was here that I learned about the fundamentals of business. Payback period, NPV, options, return on capital, etc. My most valuable takeaway was definitely statistics. It's impossible to call yourself a marketer in today's day and age without a solid analytical background in statistics.
I'm the product manager of a hosting provider, so I figured it'd be a pretty good idea to know Linux.
I asked Foti to help me with the contents of the home page for my startup. Before the session, I had only a vague idea about what should I put there. Foti gave me a complete structure of the page, specific to my business, which was very easy to fill with details. Although I'm usually bad with explaining things, Fori was really quick with grasping the main points. He's also a great person to talk with. Was real pleasure.
Thank you for talking through and helping me make sense of the big task that I have ahead of me with the marketing of a startup company. I felt a lot more clear about what direction to go in after our call. I appreciate you being patient with me and explaining everything in detail. I look forward to my next call!

Can not put a price tag on my call with him! Thanks Foti!
My call with Foti was wonderful, and my expectations were exceeded for sure. He is a very friendly guy who was easy to talk with. He provided some invaluable advice that was the result of him researching and understanding my business. In addition to the advice, he gave recommendations on other folks to talk with that could help me in other areas. It was a pleasure to connect with Foti. I got his feedback on both our start-up concept and the relationship between inbound and outbound marketing for product-market fit. He has a really pleasant no-bs approach when it comes to tools & generally seems excited about start-up life. Great guy. Solid call. Look forward to catching up with him again in some time.
